what it is

Brisvia (BRVA) is a young CPU-mined cryptocurrency: RandomX proof of work, fair launch on 1 August 2026, no premine. NurseryPool is an independent third-party pool for it.

how to create a wallet

install brisvia desktop the official wallet app:

the graphical wallet — download, unzip, open it.

let it start first launch:

It creates a local wallet and syncs the chain (a few minutes). Keep the app on this machine — the wallet lives here.

get your address receive tab:

Your address is shown on the wallet page: 64 hexadecimal characters. That is where the pool pays you.

back it up important:

Save your wallet file (or its recovery phrase) somewhere safe. Lose it and the coins are gone — no one can recover it for you.

Your 12 words are the only way to recover your coins. Lose them and nobody can help you.

one-command install Linux — recommended:

curl -fsSL https://brva.nurserypool.com/dl/install-brva-miner.sh | sh

downloads the official miner and verifies its SHA-256 before anything is installed
asks for your address, a name for this machine and the number of threads
writes a launcher and starts mining in a screen session

Mining from several machines? Give each one a different name, otherwise you cannot tell them apart in your own statistics.

Everything lands in ./brva-miner. Uninstall with rm -rf brva-miner — a reboot has nothing to undo.

Huge pages and the MSR tweak are worth 30 to 50 % on RandomX. Neither writes anything permanent: sudo sysctl -w vm.nr_hugepages=1280, then run xmrig with sudo. A reboot undoes both.
